I made this card for You Know You Rock's Metal challenge. I am not sure if I really like it.
What do you think it needs done to it or taken away?
You can see a little more about it at www.stampndaly.com/?p=853
Thank you
Sue Daly
Edited Post- 08/29/08 Ok, I took the comments that I received on the original card which is the one in the bottom right hand corner and came up with the other three versions. Please tell me which one you like the best or should I try again. Note: This is all done before breakfast and I am now really hungry :).

I love the card but my eye gets caught on the stark white tag. The card is rustic to my eye. I would change that.....maybe the same green as the card base.
Just a suggestion but I think I would move (if possible) the buckle (?) to the left so that it doesn't cover up your flower. It might bring a bit more balance to the card. You could add a few more smaller flowers in a triangle once you move that over...I wouldn't go too big though since it's the metal that should be showcased.
I think Tracy nailed it.
I like the idea about the buckle.
I am wondering if you should use a darker background layer under the metal to pop it.
I would leave off the flower completely. I feel like the buckle is your focal point, which is lost as your eye jumps from the white tag, to the flower, and then after a long time you realize there's a really cool buckle under there.
How about adding the flower to the tag so it isn't fighting for attention, that will also tone down the white-ness of the tag. I also like the idea of a dark layer under the metal- that will help distinguish the pattern of it from the pattern of the printed paper. Make sense?? Neat look!
I really love #1! Great job chickie...I think you incorporated suggestions and your own ideas well. It's not always easy to bring it to others- YOU GO GIRL!
Wow.. thank you for sharing!
Jessica
I agree with Tracy: #1 is it!
Great job showing so many variations- they all work in different ways! Top choice is a tough call for me...
